Profound knowledge & ability to ask questions with a scalpel-like precision make Dr CH an effective leadership coach, a great mentor, and a humble professional. PGCHRM along with a Doctorate in his armory, Dr CH has served in Banking, Financial Services, & Insurance (BFSI), Education, Engineering, Manufacturing & Technology sectors for 20+ years and then founded a Consulting & Training company as “Pariprashna”

Kesavan, a professional CA with diverse industry exposure, has performed a wide range of leadership roles across industries over three decades and has showcased expertise in operations management, customer lifecycle management, business excellence, finance, enterprise risk management, and entrepreneurship.
Kesavan’s contributions span across renowned organizations in Telecom, BPO, and Manufacturing sectors. His last corporate role was at Tata Teleservices Ltd. as Head, Customer Service & Operations. In his latest avatar, he has ventured into an entrepreneurial journey as a co-founder in the space of business consulting (Consulting) and training academy (Fin-Aacharya).
S. Kesavan
With specialized skills in performing arts & theatre, and an interest in writing, singing, and sports, Mr. Mayuresh brings in hardcore Operations expertise. Mayuresh, an experienced professional in the domain of Customer Relationship Management, Customer Experience & Operations Management, and Credit Risk & Receivables Management for more than three decades, holds a Commerce degree with a specialization in management.
Hands-on experience in Commercial and Business Process functions span across enterprises such as ANI Technologies (OLA), Tata Teleservices, Bharti Airtel, Satyam Infoway (SIFY), Blue Star, etc. Managing large-size infrastructures with direct–indirect channels, training & development till the last mile, and generation of qualitative output with consistency are some of his direct attributes. In his current assignment, Mayuresh is a co-founder in the space of business consulting (at CULCYMS LLP) and ventured into Skill development with an employability mission through a training academy (Fin-Aacharya).
Mayuresh Padgaonkar
Dr. Srihari, fondly known as Dr. Hari, holds a doctoral degree in commerce and master’s degrees in business administration, finance, and accounting. Given his intellect & proficiency in the advanced training space, Dr Hari has been a faculty of finance and a pan-India Trainer for three decades. Dr. Hari coaches executives and facilitates vision and strategy workouts alongside culture & trust conversations using design thinking & change leadership frameworks. His work experience cuts across teaching, research, and consulting with exposure to industry. He has also been a guest on live shows on regional satellite TV channels on business and economy.
The professional affiliation of Dr. Hari is with organizations of national and global repute such as ESCI, NIMSME, NATFM, GE Money Servicing, AMITY, and ICFAI University, to name a few. Bitten by the entrepreneurial bug, he ventured into the ed-tech space (LI Blocks) and training academy (Fin-Aacharya) to make a positive impact through actionable learning.
